How Our Pricing Works
Here’s how each tester’s session breaks down:
- ~80% gameplay (active play and observation)
- ~20% written reporting (structured feedback and notes)
Every playtest also includes dedicated oversight:
- QA Lead @ €17/hr (oversees testing, coordinates focus areas)
- At least 2 Feedback Analysts @ €22.5/hr each (compile results and deliver structured reports)
QA Lead and Analyst hours are matched to tester hours for consistency. Once we know your project scope, we’ll provide a full PDF breakdown so you know exactly where every hour goes.
